PAST PROJECTS

  • Management of guest experience for clients, press & influencers over a 5-day period in London.

    Including all travel planning, hotel management & elevations, bespoke experiences, gifting & onsite concierge services.

  • End-to-end guest management for VIP guests of a global British luxury brand during London Fashion Week in February 2024.

    Our work included all guest travel planning, hotel management (of a new five star hotel in central London), guest transport, bespoke experiences, restaurant booking & management, gifting and onsite concierge services.

  • Development of a training programme for their team to inspire them to offer their members an elevated level of service and engagement for the start of their new year.

    We delivered our “Learnings from Luxury” training in the form of seminars and workshops with outcomes being presented back to leadership.

  • We were engaged by our client to take care of 20 international press & influencers for a fragrance launch. Our event concierge team organised their airport transfers, gifting, hotel accommodation and bespoke experiences as well as levelling up all areas of guest experience across the event.

  • We delivered the events strategy & operational toolkits for an annual events & experiences programme designed to appeal to both local club members & global traveling members at this year-old luxury hotel & private members’ club in Doha. Our brief was to elevate the existing programme and to create a solid framework that could be easily adapted for seasonality and to reflect the changing interests of the membership.

    Our scope included the strategic programming of over 15 events per month, partner acquisition, operational events plans, team training & calendar rollout.

  • We provided an experienced guest management team to look after international celebrities, competitors, artists & executives during the Fury /Ngannou fight in Riyadh.

  • Market positioning & competitor analysis of this heritage events venue in the South West. To clearly define North Cadbury Court’s place in the market and better understand the competition, highlighting areas of opportunity.

  • Anna & Andrew led the end-to-end guest management during multiple events for Cartier’s top clients, press & influencers globally. Projects have included a 10-day trip to India, 2 flagship 1000+ guest events in London and multiple guest management projects.

  • Working with a client looking to open a new private members’ club in Saudi Arabia, we combined qualitative data with insightful strategies to build an actionable model for membership, operations, staffing & overall guest experience.

  • We were given the task of developing the visitor experience for AlUla, working to ensure that the experience across all visitor- facing products and services was in line with the DNA of the destination.

    Mapping of over 40 visitor journeys and training of over 800 local, regional and international team members.

  • Creation of a bespoke ‘Welcome to London’ guide, showcasing the very best of the city’s luxury destinations and hidden gems.
